Centre Manu Tuilagi is predicted to overlook the beginning of England’s Six Nations marketing campaign with a groin damage.

Tuilagi suffered a grade three tear within the second half of Sale’s 22-20 Premiership win over Saracens on the Salford Group Stadium final Friday.
