MANILA, Philippines – Cloudy skies and remoted rain showers are anticipated nationwide on Sunday because of the shear line, northwest monsoon or “amihan” and localized thunderstorms, based on the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Providers Administration (Pagasa).
“Rain is anticipated in lots of elements pf the nation because of the shear line or when chilly air and sizzling air converge. Within the central and japanese parts of the Visayas and Mindanao, remoted rain showers and thunderstorms are anticipated,” Pagasa climate specialist Daniel James Villamil mentioned in Filipino.
The “amihan,” Villamil added, will carry cloudy skies and scattered rain showers to the japanese and southern elements of Luzon and the western a part of the Visayas.
Metro Manila could have doable mild rains and thunderstorms whereas partly cloudy to cloudy skies with remoted rain showers or thunderstorms will prevail over the remainder of Mindanao.
Flash floods and land landslides are doable in rain-affected areas, Pagasa warned.
It added that no low-pressure space is being monitored in and across the Philippine space of accountability.
