The Coach:

The Function:
- Act as the pinnacle coach for the ladies’s membership XV
- To coordinate with assistant coach(es) and Supervisor and plan/ship applicable elementary abilities, understanding of the sport in difficult coaching classes.
- To behave as the pinnacle coach and put together gamers on match days for the ladies’s membership crew.
- Help the membership in participant recruitment, retention, and improvement, and interact with the youth women programme.
